How far have we come

I'm so excited to be interviewed by Beth Foster about diversity and inclusion from the perspectives of women I've met and interviewed for Our Mosaic Lives, along my personal "Back to Black" journey.

As we close out #ItStarts month, a campaign addressing racism and discrimination in Simcoe County, I will be focusing on diversity and inclusion – the current state of it from our lives and experiences, what these words mean in terms of community, ending with how we can move forward and do better as individuals and as a community. Let's keep the conversation going.
